Shipping
Due to extended and highly variable shipping times, orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order ships which will include a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation within 2 weeks or your package within 3 weeks, feel free to contact customer support.
We only can ship to your Ameren Missouri service address.
A confirmation email will be sent with the tracking code after your order has shipped.

General Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
Non-Eligible Items: opened or installed thermostats, caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, and items that are not in original condition
We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Upon receipt a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. Depending on the original method of shipment we will either issue a FedEx or UPS Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within one business day.
Damaged Item Returns
Eligible Time Period: 2 business days from delivery date. If an order has arrived damaged you should notify both Ameren Missouri and the carrier within 2 business days. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. Ameren Missouri will issue a credit to the customer pending confirmation from the carrier. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned Ameren Missouri will either issue a FedEx or UPS call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit.
Defective Item Returns (Smart Thermostats)
If smart thermostat is deemed truly defective by the manufacturer, NOT incompatible, contact the thermostat manufacturer to discuss replacement. See Below.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Items must be returned within 45 days of invoice to be eligible for credit.
- Returned items must be received by the supplier AM Conservation Group (AMCG) in new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- AMCG will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation which must be included with shipment and RMA number printed on each package in order for returned material to be received at AMCG.
- A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed on all returns unless the return is a result of an error made by AMCG or the product is faulty.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error made by AMCG, in which case, AMCG will issue FEDEX or UPS labels to have the product picked up.
