What is your return policy?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for any reason with all parts and product packaging intact within 30 days for a full refund. Are there any items that I can’t return?
- All items available for purchase on our site are eligible to be returned.
Will you provide a shipping label for my return?
- If your return is due to a damaged/defective product or because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
When will I receive my credit?
- Once we receive your returned product and verify that all parts and the product packaging is intact, we will initiate a refund to your card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, a refund credit typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement and in some cases may take up to 30 days.
What if I receive the wrong product?
- If your return is because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. Please contact us toll free at +1 (833) 394-8005 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you return instructions and the pre-paid shipping label.
