What can I buy on Ameren Missouri Store?
We offer a variety of smart thermostats, lighting products, water saving products, air filters, EV chargers, connected home and advanced power strips. We regularly add new products, and we update our inventory according to demand and availability.

Which products are eligible for rebates?
Ameren Missouri offers instant rebates on smart and programmable thermostats, Tier 2 advanced power strips, and select light bulbs on the Ameren Missouri Store. Below each product, you'll see a quick description of any available rebates.
How do I apply for rebates?
When products eligible for an instant rebate are added to your cart, an “Apply Rebates” button will appear. Click “Apply Rebates” and complete the verification process. Your instant rebate will be automatically applied after verification.
Is everyone eligible for a rebate?
To be eligible for rebates, you must be an Ameren Missouri residential customer. We will verify your eligibility during the checkout process. Eligible customers may receive the $50 rebate for each smart thermostat installed, per cooling system, up to three rebates per household. Only one qualifying rebate per cooling system.
Ameren Missouri residential electric customers are eligible for lighting rebates. Rebate is limited to three lighting products per eligible household. You must agree to install the LEDs in the home served by your Ameren Missouri account.
Ameren Missouri residential electric customers are eligible for $25 rebates on qualifying Advanced Power Strip (APS) products. Rebate is limited to three APS per eligible household. You must agree to install the APS in the home served by your Ameren Missouri account.
How do I find out if I’m eligible for an instant rebate?
There are a few ways we can determine your eligibility:
- Enter your Ameren Missouri service address during the “Apply Rebates” process at check-out and click “Check Eligibility.”
- Enter your Ameren Missouri account number during the “Apply Rebates” process at check-out and click “Check Eligibility.”
Please note that you must agree to the Rebate Terms and Conditions to be eligible for instant rebates.
What are the terms and conditions for Ameren Missouri instant rebates?
Ameren Missouri offers a $50 rebate on select smart thermostat models purchased and installed between March 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019. Rebates are available to Ameren Missouri residential electric customers. The smart thermostat must be installed on one of the following types of cooling systems in the home associated with the account:
- Central air conditioner
- Air source heat pump
- Ground source heat pump
Ameren Missouri residential electric customers may receive the $50 rebate for each smart thermostat installed, per cooling system, up to three rebates per household. Only one qualifying rebate per cooling system.
As part of the terms and conditions, customers also have to acknowledge that they are purchasing from Ameren Missouri’s trusted partner Simple Energy.

How do I get a discount code?
Ameren Missouri Store may email special discount codes throughout the year.
How do I apply my discount code?
Discount codes are entered and applied in the “Discount” field during checkout.

Why wasn’t I able to complete my credit card transaction?

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email we send to you once your order ships.
Note: during peak seasonal and promotional periods, shipping estimates may be slightly delayed 3-5 business days. Please be on the lookout for your tracking email.
The item I bought is now on sale. Can I get a price match?
Because sales and promotions have strict dates set by the manufacturer, our company policy does not allow us to price match orders placed before or after the advertised sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I cancel an order?
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing your shipment immediately after you hit "submit". This means that, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders for in stock items.
What if I received a damaged product?

Why is my item on backorder?

Will Ameren Missouri install my thermostat?
Ameren Missouri does not offer installation services on smart thermostats purchased through the Ameren Missouri Store. Please be aware of the installation requirements for each thermostat before purchasing. To check installation compatibility, please review the following:
- Some thermostats require a C-Wire to power the device, such as Honeywell thermostats and Emerson Sensi thermostats (for some installations) offered on this store.
- Nest Learning Thermostats do not need a C-Wire to function in most installations and the ecobee thermostats come with an adaptor for those without a C-Wire.
- Make sure to check your current wiring before purchasing any thermostat, and consult the installation information shown above.
All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer, with the exception of Honeywell thermostats. Please visit the product manufacturer website for warranty information, or for Honeywell thermostats visit the Contact Us page so we can discuss available options. Ameren Missouri does not warranty or service products sold on this site.
